Assignment working with Corporate managers, plant managers and Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental (QSHE) specialists in several locations in the UK and US to facilitate the integrating common elements of QSHE Management Systems. Developed, documented and implemented Integrated Management policies and procedures for all critical QSHE activities influencing the achievement of business objectives and QSHE and regulatory performance targets.

Consultancy and training project working with senior business managers, Corporate officers and Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental managers in manufacturing plants in different countries to extend some of the elements of the existing ISO.9001:2000 Quality Systems to include Safety, Health and Environmental Management requirements. Developed and documented an Integrated QSHE manual based upon the company's policies and best practices for Non-conformance Control, Corrective and Preventive Actions, Systems Auditing, Document Control, Management Performance Reviews and other related requirements of international Environmental (ISO.14001) and Safety Management Systems, especially the chemical industry Responsible Care Codes.

Assisted the Board of Directors of a chemical company to develop and implement Integrated Management Systems on a computer system network to monitor the performance of Quality (rework, scrap, customer complaints etc.), Safety (accidents, near misses etc.), Health (sickness, absenteeism etc.) and Environmental (chemical spills, emissions, solid waste, energy usage etc.) During this project the company appointed a Quality, Safety and Environmental Management System Manager to further improve and manage the Integrated Management Systems.

Assisted the senior management group of an international food manufacturer to develop, integrate and improve the effectiveness of Management Systems to comply with the requirements of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) as well as ISO.9001: 2000. Presented Risk Assessment training workshops to assist management to identify potential hazards and determine critical control points. Assisted Operations and QA/QC staff to establish systems to monitor control to predetermined limits and improvement of departmental ISO.9001 SOP's by focusing on critical control points and internal customer satisfaction. Initiated the implementation of self-directed work teams for continuous improvement in manufacturing productivity as well as quality of products and customer service.
