- Over 50 gap analyses and assessments in the UK and US for Malcolm Baldrige (US), EFQM Business Excellence Awards, and prior to implementing Six Sigma and Balanced Scorecard Quality Improvement Programmes.
- Several audits and assessments of international food processors using HACCP, Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point protocol and ISO.22000 Food Safety Management System.
