Audit of the Quality Management Systems of the principal manufacturing site of the world leader in bromine chemistry. Audits included order entry, production planning, purchasing process control, QC, QA, SPC, calibration and maintenance, storage, shipping, dispatch and training procedures. Final report to Corporate QA Director included analysis of strengths and weaknesses, followed by positive recommended actions to improve the effectiveness of their Quality Management Systems in several different international locations.

Acrylic Resins Manufacturer, UK and Germany.
Documentation and implementation of ISO.9001:2000 Quality Systems in a major acrylic resins manufacturing company on several European sites, including carrying out internal auditor training and preassessments prior to successful ISO.9001:2000 certification by third party registrars.

Machine and Test Equipment Manufacturer, UK.
Design, development and implementation of ISO.9001:2000 Quality Systems in a major international precision engineering company supplying machinery and test equipment to high quality standards to the oil and chemicals industry. Significant improvements were made to the design, sales enquiry, contract review and order entry (especially late changes) procedures, resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction and less rework.

Design, documentation and implementation of Quality Systems to satisfy ISO.9001:2000 in a corporate department in head office, responsible for purchasing (over two billion dollars annually) raw materials, packaging and transportation services on behalf of internal customers (business and plants throughout the world).

Oil and Monomer Processing Company, Scotland.
Documentation and implementation of Quality Systems initially to meet the requirements of ISO.9002: 1994 followed by successful transition to ISO.9001:2000 in a large international oil and chemicals business, with an excellent reputation for providing a very responsive, high quality service to customers in chemical process industries. The whole Quality Management System was electronic with the Quality Manual and all operating procedures and records kept on computer, with very little paper documentation involved.
